Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours o 8:30 and 330, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE- Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, wiIl be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee me rise or Cape Cod Times. Notice ill <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this applicaf ion or the Wetlands protection Act.
