{ A M <br /> explained the proposed project to the Commission. <br /> The Assistant Agent recommended a Negative ill <br /> Determination. <br /> There being no Cosi s s ion or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION,-- Ralph Shaw made a Motion for Negative 1 1 1 <br /> etermination; which Motion was seconded by Elliot Rosenberg and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> 7:40 AJLt Lacava Realty 'frust 11, to construct. and maintain a <br /> roadway at Old Barnstable Road, Assessors' Map 59,, Blocks 5 and 1 . <br /> The Chairman recognized John Slavinsky, Cade & Islands <br /> Engineering, representing Applicant, who proposed construction of <br /> a paper street approved in the 190ts, Country Club Lane, <br /> The Assistant Agent questioned the riparian area associated <br /> with the river, mean annual high water, drainage, and cross <br /> section of pitch profiles. <br /> She recommended approval subject to submission of revised <br /> plan indicating these concerns due to the significance of the <br /> project. <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion to Close, subject to <br /> submission of profile and investigation of mean annual high <br /> grater, satisfactory to the Conservation Agent; Which Motion was <br /> seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> Executive Session <br /> The Conservation Commission entered into Executive Session <br /> at 8 :58 p.m. A Motion having been duly made and seconded to do <br /> s .
