Town <br /> 16 Great Neck Road Forth <br /> lfashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules arra Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Mall on <br /> June 27, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. on the application of Thomas & Bonnie Smith to relocate <br /> existing fence, repair deck, new irrigation well, shed, new boundary fence, repair bullhead <br /> with new wood deck, install hot tub, replace wood retaining wall-with stone revetment <br /> wall, replace concrete wall along shore line, add sand and beach nourishment plantings, <br /> repair existing pier ramp and floats at 2261 onomoscoy Road, assessors neap 114, block <br /> . <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Comm ssion. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation . <br /> Cormmssi n between the hours of 8:3 o and 3:3 0. Monday'through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
