Town 16 Great Neck Road Forth lfashpee,Massachusetts 02649 In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter 172, Rules arra Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Mall on June 27, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. on the application of Thomas & Bonnie Smith to relocate existing fence, repair deck, new irrigation well, shed, new boundary fence, repair bullhead with new wood deck, install hot tub, replace wood retaining wall-with stone revetment wall, replace concrete wall along shore line, add sand and beach nourishment plantings, repair existing pier ramp and floats at 2261 onomoscoy Road, assessors neap 114, block . In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation Comm ssion. John J. NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance.
