Room , Mashpee Town Hall, 16 <br /> Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 6:55 p.m. on <br /> Thursday, June 27, 2002 . The Chairman, John Fitzsimmons, <br /> presided. <br /> Commissioners present; John Fitzsimmons, Chairman; John <br /> Johansen, Clerk- Stephanie Jones, Associate Member- Leonard <br /> Pinaud; Elliot Rosenberg, vice Chairman; Ralph Shaw; and <br /> Michael Talbot. <br /> Diane Boretos, Assistant Conservation Agent. <br /> quorum being present, the Chairman called the Meeting to <br /> order. <br /> 6:55 Public Comment None. <br /> Non-Hearing Agenda - New Business <br /> Diane Boretos informed the Commission of staff vacations. <br /> DEP Meeting - July 10th, : oo p.m. , Mashpee Town Hall, The <br /> Estuaries Project. <br /> Old Business <br /> Administrative Review a - Request f car• temporary storage, 2 <br /> Sampson' s Mill Road, commercial development. <br /> MOTTO : Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion for Administrative <br /> Approval of Request Made with reference to Lot 2, Sampson' s Mill <br /> Road; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> The on-site inspection of the Miller SOC pr'oper'ty, <br /> Riverfront Area issue, has been rescheduled to July lith 9 : 30 <br /> a.m. <br /> 7 : 00 l ary Jane Laus, Determination of Applicability to + <br /> construct a shed at 45 Seconsett Point .Road, Assessors leap 124, <br /> Block 17. <br /> The Chairman recognized Applicant to be present at the <br /> Hearing. <br /> Diane Boretos suggested the Commission review the plan, <br /> location of a shed within the flood plain. She recommended a <br /> Negative 11 Determination. <br />
