�°�� Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> 1%,0v Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> July 11, 2002 at 7:10 p.m. on the application of Merillee (Juliano) DeCarvalho to amend <br /> the Order of Conditions for SE 43-1973 to replace columns which supports the main floor <br /> of house, reinforce and replace V floor porch ceiling and railing at 141 Timberlane Drive, <br /> assessors map 22 block 17. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J.
