Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> alashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> �anw co' <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> July 11, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. on the application of Roderick St. Pierre to construct an <br /> elevated walkover structure for access to a proposed removable ramp and float, and <br /> maintenance of an existing pathway at 261, 265 and 269 Monomoscoy Road, assessors <br /> map 120, blocks 40, 41 and 42. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of 8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five (5) days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
