Town Mashpee <br />• 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> � Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> LZ <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172 pules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing-will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> August 8, 2002 at :00 p.m. on the application of Shoestring Bay LLC (Willowbend I ev. <br /> Corp.) to amend the. order- of Conditions for SE 43-1726 to construct new decks and <br /> stahway, change configuration of screen room and pervious terrace at 5 Mute Swan <br /> Circle, Assessors flap 84 block 37. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Conmu'ssion. <br /> John J. Fitzsimons <br /> chairman <br /> Copie f the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the 1lashpe Conservation <br /> . <br /> Commission between the hours of 8:30 and 330, Monday through Friday. - <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, wil be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Timeg. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
