Peggy Fantozzi said all the required information has been submitted, with the exception of the wording of the Wetlands restriction, and all performance standards have been met. she recommended approval. No one was present to represent applicant. Diane said she called Mrs. Jones's son a couple of times and hasn't heard from him. Peggy Fantozzi stated that all the information on the project has been submitted, and it meets all the state and local performance standards. Diane Boretos asked if they have a permit from the Board of Health. Peggy: The applications have been submitted, but have not been approved.
