Roderick St. Pierre, 282, 265# 269 Monomoscoy (cont. from <br /> 7/11/02). <br /> Norman an Hayes represented the applicant and presented the revised plan. <br /> Peggy Fantozzi said all the required information has been submitted, with the <br /> exception of the wording of the Wetlands restriction, and all performance <br /> standards have been met. she recommended approval. <br /> Motion made; seconded; and unanimously carried to approve this application <br /> pending receipt of the missing information from the Wetlands Commission.. <br /> 7:15 p.m. Marie ,Jones, 379 Monomoscoy Road (continued from 7/11/02). <br /> No one was present to represent applicant. Diane said she called Mrs. Jones's <br /> son a couple of times and hasn't heard from him. Diane recommended that a <br /> continuance be granted to 9/19/02 provided the applicant has made a request <br /> for a continuance within five days from the date of this meeting. otherwise, the <br /> matter to be denied for lack of information. <br /> Motion made; seconded; and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to <br /> 9!19102 at 7:05 p.m. provided the applicant has made a request for a <br /> continuance within five days from the date of this meeting. otherwise, the matter <br /> will denied for lack of information. <br /> 7:20 p.m. ,James H. Crocker, ,Jr., 1sampsons Mill rid. (54162-77!78-Lots 1 <br /> 2) {construct retailstorage facility, parking lot, utilities, landscaping & septic <br /> system) <br /> Matthew Am, civil engineer, represented applicant and presented the project. <br /> Peggy Fantozzi stated that all the information on the project has been submitted, <br /> and it meets all the state and local performance standards. <br /> Diane Boretos asked if they have a permit from the Board of Health. <br /> Peggy: The applications have been submitted, but have not been approved. <br /> Motion n made; seconded; and unanimously carried to approve the project. <br />
