MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of 5 September, 2002 <br /> Public Hearing <br /> I la h ee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Commissioners present: John ,Fitzsimmons, Elliot Rosenberg, Stephanie ,.Jones, <br /> Leonard Pinaud} Ralph Shaw, Michael Talbot <br /> Staff present: Robert Sherman, Agent; Diane Boretos, Assistant Agent; Frances <br /> Wise, Board Secretary <br /> John Fitzsimmons, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> Public Comment: None. <br /> Non-Hearing Ac3enda <br /> Re: Tarabelli. Diane Boretos recommended approval of Mr. Tarabelli's request for an <br /> administrative change to put a small narrow deck along an existing concrete patio. <br /> Lotion made; seconded; and unanimously approved to allover Mr. Tarabelli to put a <br /> small narrow deck along an existing concrete patio. <br /> Re: Bulger, Diane Boretos recommended approval of Mr. Bulger's request to remove <br /> a tree. <br /> Motion made; seconded; and unanimously approved to allover Mr. Bulger to remove a <br /> tree from his property. <br /> Re: Chapter 172 Regulations verhaul. Bob Sherman reported that he wasn't able <br /> I <br /> to have this project ready for presentation at this meeting. He said a major overhaul is <br /> needed, particularly regarding policies. Elliot Rosenberg suggested that Bob split up <br /> the existing regulations and give a different section to each of the Commissioners to <br /> review, so that no one person has the burden of reviewing the whole document. Each <br /> Commissioner would then make his proposal for his portion at a future meeting. <br /> Article for Town Fleeting - Chapter 172 -granting of more than one extension. <br /> Bob Sherman will refile. since some extensions are beyond the control of applicants, <br /> Bob said we could develop our on internal policy on criteria demanded to get an <br /> extension. <br />
