Diane Boretos <br /> recommended a Legative 3 Determination. <br /> Motion made; seconded; and unanimously approved for a Negative 3 Determination. <br /> 7:15 p.m. LLC shoestring Bay c Sidman, 3 Mute saran Circle (continued from <br /> 8122/02 <br /> Wayne Tavares, Tavares hand Design, and Mark DiBiase, Bartlett Tree, presented an <br /> amended plan for the vista pruning, which they referred to as a mitigation request and a <br /> waiver from the,I lashpee guidelines. Because the owner already has one vista, and <br /> because the removal of three black pine trees would not.comply ith the Mashpee <br /> regulations, the Board determined that it cannot set a precedent by allowing removal of <br /> the three black pine trees. <br /> Motion made; seconded; and unanimously r carried to close and issue an Order of <br /> Conditions with the amendment that there will be no removal of trees above four inches <br /> to comply F rith I lashpee guidelines. <br /> 7:20 p.m. Michael O'Hara, 76 Greensward Road (single family dwelling, screen <br /> porch, deck, Title V septic, driveway, retaining walls, and utility services). <br /> Diane Boretos said the applicant requested a continuance to September 19 at 7:40 <br /> p.m. <br /> t` , Tfl?; of ded; and unanimously carried to grant a continua to <br /> ep ember 19 at' 740 p.m., per the request of the appl icant. . _ .. <br /> 7;26 P.m. Bernard and Zelda Pemstei n, 161 Daniel's Island Road (continued from <br /> 8122102 <br /> Bob Sherman said he sent them a letter requesting some information and he has not <br /> had a reply: so he recommended a continuance. <br /> Motion made; seconded; and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to <br /> September 19 at 7:45 p.m. <br /> . <br /> 7:30 p,r r. Fussell Logue, 11 Harbor Midge {continued from 8122/02} <br /> Borman Hares reprsented the applicant. He said the only issue to discuss at this <br /> meeting was the demolition of a structure in an environmentally acceptable manor. He <br /> presented a plan which meets all the conditions requested by the Board at the last <br /> meeting. However, because the plea was not received by the Commission five days <br /> prior to this meeting, it could not be approved at this meeting, but will have to continue <br /> to September 19 at 8:00 p.m. <br />
