follows: A BW delineation, a knee-high water line delineation, and information on the
retaining wall during construction and post construction. He fecorrm nd d
continuance for this purpose.
An abutter voiced concern about an erosion issue and the fact that the entrance road is
only one car wide} and if equipm nt is sitting in the road} she would not be able to get
to her home. Another neighbor said sometimes he has to sit 3-4 hours to get out.
Bob said the road is an issue vire have to discuss with the Building Inspector and
possibly the Police dept. Len added the Fire Dept. Elliot said the road is an issue to
bring up when the revised plan is submitted.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to issue a continuance to October 3
a 7:35 p.m. on request of the applicant.
8:25 p.m. Donald Blakeman, 56 Wakeby Road (retaining wall, stairs, walkway,
driveway). Mr. Blakeman's son was present. Bob said there are two aspects of the
plan that may have to be deferred for approval. 1 Lawn problem. Under certain
conditions where a lawn poses a threat for an introduction of nitrogen to wetlands,. the
lawn is permitted only with a Notice of Intent. Normally r a lawn can't be permitted under
an RDA because it can't be conditioned there, and the Commission would lose control
over the lawn. 2 severe erosion problem. Bob asked Michael to view the property
and make suggestions. Maybe Bob will ask Don Liptack to view it.
Bob said the applicant can come back with a new Notice of Intent on these issues.
Mo*n made, seconded and unanimously carried to issue a continuance to October 3
at : o p.m. on request of the. ppl icant.
Fleeting adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Frances Wise
Board secretary
