Enforcement Order-- Proui . Bob Sherman stated we had issued an enforcement <br /> order to Mr. Prouix for an illegal dock, and given him until October I st to file a !Notice of <br /> Intent, H e has retained a lawyer and requested an a tensi on to N oVem er 1 st, and <br /> 13ob recommended giving him that extension. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant IIIb. Proulx an extension to <br /> November 1 to file his Notice of Intent. <br /> 2. 8 Squaw's Lane. Bob reported a request from Cape & Islands on 8 Squaws Lane, <br /> where they discovered high ground Vater and to ensure separation of the septic <br /> system, the plan has been revised. There are no changes to the house's foot print or <br /> to the grading. This is a land-locked block in the flood zone. Bob recommended <br /> approval. <br /> Motion rade, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the reprised plan. <br /> 3. 422 Monomoscoy load. Bob reported a request from James F eiffarth, for an <br /> administrative review of an existing order of Conditions, winch stipulated crushed shell <br /> to be used. However, the applicant is using recycled asphalt base with 3/4" native <br /> stone on top. Len Pinauld said asphalt does leach, but he's not sure how much. Bob <br /> will investigate how much would leach, and recommended a furtherance to the next <br /> meeting. <br /> . Marinas and float storage. Bob reported that last yeat we received complaints from <br /> citizens regarding the Little River Boat lard and especially the New Seabury Marina, <br /> where they rented float storage by attaching floats to existing floats, so they were <br />
