King for vegetation control <br /> remove timber steps & replace with stone, construct wood deck 180 Fells Pond Load <br /> assessors reap 122 block 20 . <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of 8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice wifl <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearestepartnment o -Envirommental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
