Town of Mashpee <br /> e F <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachuses 02649 <br /> LC " <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 4 , <br /> Massachusetts General Laves, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room 3, Louver Level on November 7, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. on the application <br /> of Phillip , wig vegetation control (after the fact) removal of timber steps & replace <br /> stone steps with blue stone in existing pathway, construction of wood deck (dock) ramp <br /> and landing at 180 Fells Fond Road Assessors Map 122 Block 205. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J.
