Town of Mashpee <br /> • <br /> 16 Great Neck Roam North <br /> Mashpee,Massachuses 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will-be held at jhe Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room 3. Lover Level, on November 71, 2002 at 7: p.m. on the application <br /> of Martin Wolff for proposed house additions and installation of Title v septic system, at <br /> Feel Way Assessors Map 120 Block 141. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Corfm`s ion. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8 3 o and 4:00,, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance ire the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
