Lower Level, on November 7, 2002 at 8:1 o p.m. on the application <br /> of Arlene Bye to construct a single family dwelling with a deck, 'Title V septic system <br /> with a containment wall, utilities and pervious driveway at 99 Monomoscoy Road west <br /> Assessors Map 120 Block 45. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsinunons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 830 and :00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE Notice of the pudic hearing, including date, tithe and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may. also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Oce for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
