Y <br /> x <br /> � Town Mashpee <br /> • 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions y6 f the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations orierring wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 4 , <br /> Massachusetts General Daws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall * <br /> Conference Room 35 Lower Level, on December 5,, 2002 at 8:05 p.m. on the application <br /> of Edmond Clermont to demolish existing house and construct new house, paved <br /> driveway, futilities, Title V septic system, patio, plantings and retaining walls, lawn area <br /> o remain at I Sunset Circle, Assessors Map 64 Block 36. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fit st*mmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:3 0 and 4:0 , Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
