a <br /> .„".WN Town of Mashpee <br /> y <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Mules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, -Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing wifl be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> December 5, 2002 at 7:1 o p.m. on the application of Robert Bateman to amend the order <br /> of Conditions for SE 43-2005 to add a garage, deck and move the house southerly toward <br /> Sa.ssacus Rd. at 4 Pe not Avenue, Assessors Map 72 block 122. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> C - <br /> nnw <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of 8:3 0 and 3:3 01, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE:: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and plane, will be published at <br /> least five days advance i the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Envirorunental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
