ii Town Mashpee <br /> . <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> AUL <br /> 4 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts achusetts Generall Laws, a public hearing will be Meld at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room 3, Lower Level, on' Dec . 19' r.2002 at 7:05 p.m. on the application <br /> of David Bovarnick. to restore and stabile an eroding coastal bank with an integrated <br /> network of geosynthetic erosion control products at 40 Triton Way, Assessors Map 127 <br /> Block 82. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be exarn ed at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:30 and 4:00, Monda through Friday. <br /> NOTE- Notice of the public hearing,, including date, time and place, wiR be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Ha11 not less than forty-eight fours in advance. <br /> You may also .contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
