Bob reported that the applicant has asked for a continuance. <br /> Motion made, seconded and.unanimously carried to grant a continuance to January <br /> 167 2003 at 8:00 p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 8;25 p.m., John Canty, 15 r ehoiden Road (lawn installation and landscaping). ,John <br /> Canty presented the plan. <br /> Alison Pressi, 21 Nehoiden Road, expressed displeasure that fill has been added to <br /> Mr. Canty's property resulting in the view from the windows in her guest bedroom being <br /> eye level with the driveway and thereby unsightly. Michael asked Mr. Canty if he would <br /> have any objection to mulching this area, and Mr. Canty said he is agreeable to doing <br /> so. Bob said the applicant has met all the standards required by this Commission, and <br /> this fill issue is not under the jurisdiction of this Commission. He said If there is erosion <br /> of fill onto a neighbor's property, it would become a Building code violation, but he has <br /> net seen that such an erosion problem has happened.
