Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 4 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1721, Mules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing wl.l be held at the Mashpee Town lull * <br /> Conference Room 31., Lover Level, on 'Dec. 19, 2002 at 8:05 p.m. on the application <br /> of Edmond Clermont to demolish existing house and construct new house, paved <br /> driveway, utilities, Title v septic system, patio, plantings and retaining walls, lawn area <br /> to remain at 1 Sunset Circle, Assessors map 64 Block 36. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plains on fie with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J.
