Town <br /> f u <br /> • <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> LEE <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172.1, Rules and Regulations concemmg wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room 3, Lower Level, on January 2, 2003 at 7:45 p.m. on the application o <br /> Anthony Shaker for vista pruning with maintenance in perpetuity at 128 Waterway, Map <br /> 105 Block 232. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on fie with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Conu ssion. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of. the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:3o and 4:0 , Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, bone and place, will be published <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice will <br /> also be posted Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
