Town of Mashpee <br /> • 6 Great Xeck Road ATort <br /> I <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> JIM," <br /> i . <br /> i <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1 2, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 4 , <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room 31, Lower Level, on January 2, 2003 at :1 o p.m. on the application of <br /> John J. Reardon Trs/Quality Homs Realty Trust to license, construct, and maintain a <br /> new wooden pier along the shore of oclway Bay at 689 Great Neck Road South Map <br /> 104 Block 80. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 830 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 4 Hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
