Bob said all is in order and he recommended approval. <br /> Michael said he took a look at the site and it looks consistent with the plan. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to close and issue an order of <br /> Conditions for garage, driveway modification and retaining walls. <br /> 7:10 p,m., Edward ra Gov ni, 43 Janes circle (removal of railroad ties, retaining wall <br /> and steps, and placing sand on side of bulkhead). Dave Sanicki was unable to attend, <br /> but the applicant was present. Bob said this plan meets performance standards and <br /> can be approved. The only stipulation is proof that a mailing to the National Heritage <br /> has been made and they have given their approval or not given a negative response <br /> within 30 days of the railing. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan subject to proof <br /> that a mailing to the National Heritage has been made and National Heritage has given <br /> their approval or not given a negative response within 30 days of the mailing. <br /> 7:15 .r ., John's Pond Estates Assoc. Inc., James circle (sand beach nourishment). <br /> This hearing is connected with the 7:10 p.m. hearing. In Dave Sanicki's absence, Bob <br /> said the plan is approvable subject to the B W line beim clearly shown, and proof that <br /> a mailing to the National Heritage has been made and they have given their approval <br /> or not given a negative response W*thin 30 days of the mailing. <br /> Motion ,Wade, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan subject to 1)-the <br /> plan clearly showing the wetland line and identification of enhanced woody vegetation, <br /> and 2 proof that a ,nailing to the National Heritage has been made and National <br /> Heritage Inas given their approval or not given a negative response within 30 days of <br /> the ,nailing. <br /> 7:20 p.m., Davey Tree Expert Company, 17 TafFrail Way (vista pruning). Michael <br /> Grotke represented the applicant. The plan showed a vista pruning that exceeds <br /> 25%. Bob recommended approval subject to receipt of a revised plan showing a <br /> maximum of 25% crista opening and put to scale. <br /> Motion ,made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan subject to <br /> receipt of a revised plan per the above. <br /> 7:25 .m.,, Anthony shaker, 128 Waterway r (continued from 1/2/03). 11 ichael trot ke <br /> represented the applicant. Bob recommended approval. Stephanie asked that the plan <br /> be clarified to show that the revegetation will be bayberries, not bearberries# and the <br /> path SII be 4 ft. gide maximum. <br /> Lotion ,made, seconded and unanimously r carried to approve the plan and issue an <br /> Order of conditions that prior to any work being done, the applicant will submit. a plan <br /> 6 <br /> o _ 3 <br />
