Town <br /> S <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 06 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the 'Down of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1 72, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public bearing will befield at the Mashpee 'down Haff in <br /> Conference Room 3. Lower Level, on January 16, 2003 at 7:10 p.m. on the application of <br /> Edward Govoni for removal of railroad tics, retaining wall & steps and placing sand on <br /> side of bulkhead at 43 Jarnes.Circle Map 71 Block 44. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on fie with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsh=ons <br /> Chaffo man <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:30 and 4. Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> r <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
