• 7:30 p.m., Shoestring Bay, 23 Shoestring Bay (continued from 2/27/03). Michael <br /> Grotzke represented the applicant. Bob said the staking has now been verified and he <br /> recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:35 p.m., Sheldon Randall, 32 Waterline Drive South (lawn, irrigation system, <br /> refurbish planted areas, maintenance in perpetuity). Annie King represented the <br /> applicant. Bob recommended approval pending his meeting with the applicant to go <br /> over the proposed plantings. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan and issue an <br /> Order of Conditions requiring an agreed-upon revegetation plan in the revegetated <br /> area. <br /> 7:40 p.m., L. Clarke Hill, 50 Popponesset Island Road (relocate boathouse and <br /> connection). John Slavinsky represented the applicant and requested a continuance. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to March 27th . <br /> at 8:10 p.m. at the request of the applicant. <br /> • 7:45 p.m., Elizabeth Spohr, 342 and 353 Monomoscoy Road (shared pier, ramp, <br /> float). Dave Sanicki represented the applicant Bob said he and Cass went to the site <br /> and there are some anomalies in the flagging, so there will have to be a continuance. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to March 27th <br /> at 8:15 p.m. at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:50 p.m., Elizabeth Spohr, 338 Monomoscoy Road (pier, ramp, float).
