7:30 p.m., Edmond English, 3 ocean Bluff Drive (continued from 3/13/03). 11 ichael <br /> Grotzke represented the applicant. Bob said the applicant has requested a four-week <br /> continuance to allow the submittal of additional material by the Commission's <br /> consultant, Mr. Lelito. Bob gave IIIb. Grotzke and the members a copy of Mr. Lelito' <br /> preliminary draft listing some of the issues, which are known to all. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to April 24 at <br /> p.m. <br /> 7:35 p,m., Frederick ea er t , 279 Il ono noscoy Road (rebuild existing dock). Mr. <br /> car erato was present. Bob described the plan and recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:40 . ., John Canty, 15 Nehoiden Road (install storage shed). Bob presented the <br /> plan and recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanirotly carried to approve this plan. <br /> 7:50 p.m., Anthony Gargiulo, 11 Ocean Bluff Drive (continued from 3/13/03). The <br /> applicant wrote a Ietter requesting a two-week continuance to April 10. Bob said this <br /> continuance is one we asked for. Mr. Grotzke said he is certain he can meet the <br /> deadline for a continuance in two weeks and Bob reminded Mr. Grotzke that if he does <br /> not, we would have to deny. <br /> M otil o n made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to April 10 at <br /> 7:10 p.m. at the request of the applicant. <br /> 8:05 p,m., Michael Intoccia, 134 Popponesset Island (continued from 3/13103). John <br /> slavinsky and Arlene Wilson represented the applicant. Bob discussed the plan and <br /> recommended approval contingent on his approval of the planting plan. <br /> Michael asked if the pool cabana could be moved a little closer to the top of the bank <br /> so that an 18" oak tree could be saved, because that would be a substantial savings in <br /> terms of the canopy. Ms. Nilson wrote this condition on the plan. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan with an Order of <br /> Conditions that 1 the location of the cabana be changed to,allow the " oak tree to <br /> remain, and 2 there be an approved planting plan starting with a review of the plant <br /> list, <br /> 8:15 p.m,, Elizabeth B ohr, 342 and 353 Monom scot' Road (continued from <br /> 3113103). <br />
