Lover Level, on March 27,, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. on the application of <br /> Leslie Gurney to remove front and rear decks and 'stairs, construct new entry, deck and <br /> stairs, remove cesspool and overflow, install Title V septic system at 18 Nick Trail, <br /> Assessors Map 117, Block 242. <br /> In accordance with-the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Concession. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including-date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
