Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Deck Roach lVo th <br /> 40 Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Torn of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room 3, Lower Level, on April 10, 2003 at 7:00 p.m.-on the application of <br /> Mchael Granfield to remove existing deck construct house addition with landing and <br /> steps, construct shed, install split rail fence, coconut rolls, license and maintain existing <br /> cantilevered pier, rarnp and float at, 91 1 l nomosc y Road West Assessors Map 11 <br /> Bloch 6. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent-and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation'Commission between the hours of :00 and 4:oo, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the pubfic hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least fire days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines.
