T own of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashe,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Nk hpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Mules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing wift be held at the lashpee Town Mall in <br /> Conference Room 3, Lover Level, on May 22, 2003 at 7:1 o p.m. on the application of <br /> Bayswater Development, LIC to reconstruct existing facility, improve drainage, and tie <br /> facility into the wastewater treatment facility at 252 Shore Drive, Assessors Map 123, <br /> Block 166. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and dans on file with the Ma hp a Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the M sh ee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours o 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE Notice of the public hearing, including date, gine and place, will be published at <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Ma hpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
