I PAA-S 43-2122, 194 Fells Pond. Bob said the owner was going to have a <br /> retaining gall and stone {patio, and they are requesting an administrative approval to <br /> have good deck instead of the stone patio Wth the sane foot print as the previously <br /> approved patio, and he recommended approval. <br /> Motion rade, seconded and unanimously carried to grant an administrative approval <br /> to replace the previously approved patio with a wood deck. <br /> 2. FAA-S 43-1977, 2 Child's Road (off Nathan Ellis Highway), a ri erfr nt property. <br /> Bob said the applicant got a different ruling on setbacks from the Building Department. <br /> ent. <br /> The neer plan reflects a change in the footprint of the structure it#s the sane square <br /> footage and is pulled back), the same work limit, and the addition of a separate garage <br /> in addition to the garage attached to the main structure which was approved in the <br /> original plan. since the separate garage is a new structure, it was agreed that the <br /> applicant should file for an amended order. <br /> 3.
