ASH ES CONSERVATION COMMISSION Minutes of.dune 19, 2003 Public Hearing Iaehee Town Hatt Meeting Boon 3 Commissioners present: Jack Fitzsimmons, Elliot Rosenberg, Cass Costa, Stephanie ,hones, Leonard Pina d, Ralph Shaer and Michael Tai ot. staff present: Robert Sherman, Agent; Prances Wise, Board Secretary Jack Fitzsimmons, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. Public Hearing: None Ikon-Tearing Agenda old Business: I. I PAA-S 43-2122, 194 Fells Pond. Bob said the owner was going to have a retaining gall and stone {patio, and they are requesting an administrative approval to have good deck instead of the stone patio Wth the sane foot print as the previously approved patio, and he recommended approval. Motion rade, seconded and unanimously carried to grant an administrative approval to replace the previously approved patio with a wood deck. 2. FAA-S 43-1977, 2 Child's Road (off Nathan Ellis Highway), a ri erfr nt property. Bob said the applicant got a different ruling on setbacks from the Building Department. ent. The neer plan reflects a change in the footprint of the structure it#s the sane square footage and is pulled back), the same work limit, and the addition of a separate garage in addition to the garage attached to the main structure which was approved in the original plan. since the separate garage is a new structure, it was agreed that the applicant should file for an amended order. 3. Bob said that the new footprint shows a deck right up to the work limit, and he asked that the deck be reconfigured to allow a 5 ft. path been the deck and the work limit. Motion rade, seconded and unanimously carried to grant an administrative approval subject to the architect revising the plan to allow a 5 ft. path between the dem.and the work limit.
