Bob said this was ander appeal under the Wetlands <br /> Act because vire weren't happy with is lack of criteria for defining rierront area. <br /> Then they put together a policy defining the riverfront area, Which was reasonable, and <br /> we Wthdrew our appeal. Now he has come back to ups under theby-law v ith the same <br /> plan.
