Town of Mashpee <br /> • 16 Great ATeck Road North <br /> Masher Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the A ashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room , Lower Level, on July 17, 2003 t 7:0 .n . the application of <br /> Peninsula Council of New Seabury to regrade and spread sand on beach and <br /> supplemental plantings with maintenance i perpetuity at 4 Fells Pond Circle, Assessors <br /> Map 122, Block 213. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chaim m <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8-00 and :00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, tirne and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod 'Mmes.
