1� <br /> MASHPEE CONSERVATION C MNHSSI N <br /> Minutes of September 18, 2003 <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Hoon 1 <br /> Commissioners present: Blliot Rosenberg, Cass Costa, Stephanie Jones, Leonard Pinaud, <br /> Ralph Shaw and Michael Talbot. <br /> Std present: Robert Sherman, Agent ;Frances Wise, Board Secretary <br /> Elliot Rosenberg, Vice Chairman, ca ed the meeting to order at 6-.55 pm. <br /> Public Hearing: Mr. Weinstein requested that he not be required to have a fence other than the <br /> fence around the pool. Mehael asked if l air. Weinstein would be amenable to having a simple <br /> post and rail fence. Bob said another option would be a dense line of shrubbery, and a surveyor <br /> would have to verify that it's in the right place. 1&. Weinstein will return in two weeks. <br /> Non-Hearing A=da <br /> Old Business: <br /> 1. Quashnet Bogs. Bob distributed to the members his drab memo to the Town Administrator in <br /> responsid to hers of September 12'regarding the unacceptable performance of Brian Handy. <br /> 2. RAA-S 43-2171. Bob said this is a request for a small change in the footprint of the <br /> foundation, it has no consequence environmentally, and he recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unan <br />
