CAL* Town Mashpee <br /> r <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Mules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laves, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Torn Hall in <br /> Conference Room 3, Lower Level, on September 18, 2003 at 7:05 p.m. on the application <br /> of William Bulger to amend the Order of Conditions for S -1871 to revise landscape <br /> plans at 17 Forest load, Assessor's Nap 117 Block Blocks 48 & 49. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file ith the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Concession. <br /> John J. Fitzsinunons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five (5) days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines.
