Lover Level, on September 18, 2003 at 7:55 p.m. on the application <br /> of Shoestring Bay Trust to anend the Order of Conditions to authorize boat use on the <br /> pier construction under the Order of Conditions S -2080 at 5 Mute Swan Circle, <br /> Assessor's Map 84 Parcels 37. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Concession. <br /> John J. Fitzsimons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of 8:00and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: l otice of the public he r'ng, including date, tirne and place, wiU be published at <br /> least five days in advance to the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
