Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan with the condition that if <br /> Natural Heritage wants a further study, the pernnit will be revoked and the applicant will have to <br /> reapply. <br /> 7:45 .m., Meetinghouse Partners , .C., 30 Meetinghouse Road final design revisions). <br /> Jack Vaccaro represented the applicant and presented a revised plan as required by the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals. Bob recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve this Amended order of Conditions. <br /> 7:50 p,m,, James Vaughan, 11 waterline forth:Drive(continued from 18103). Daniel Shea <br /> represented the applicant. Bob described the plan, said it is well within our limits, and be <br /> recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan_ <br /> 'x:55 p.m., Nancy Ca# yn, 218 wading Place Road (replace and repair wooden fence). Michael <br /> reclused himself from this hearing.
