Section 401, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room 3. Lower Level, on October 2, 2003 at 7-00 p.m. on the application of <br /> Nicholas Avltabile to amend the Order of Conditions for Mashpee File 2-2 to construct <br /> deck, driveway, front wW pavers around denitrification system, lawn, landscaping, a <br /> fence rail, and a fenced dog run at 49 Cayuga Avenue, Assessor's Map 65 Block 15. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Ch i <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through friday. <br /> i <br /> NOTE- Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, wiH be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Mall not less than forty-eight 48 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
