I <br /> Y <br /> s <br /> rep <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> 6 Great ick Roar-t <br /> -Alfashpee, Massachusetts 0,21649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1721., Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Fall in <br /> Conference Room One, Main Lobby, on October 16, 2003 at 7:15 p.m. on the application <br /> of Paul Sq arcia to raze existing dwelling, patio, deck, pump and fill cesspools. Construct <br /> new dwelling, screen porch, deck, driveway, Title v system, and utility services at 108 <br /> Wading Place Road, Assessors lap 111, Block 107. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file With the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. F'it sinuaons <br /> Chapman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published a <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod 'Fines. Notice will <br /> also be posted in'Fon Hall not less than forty-eight 4 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands protection Act.
