1� Town Mashpee <br /> • <br /> 16 Great.Meek}Road l o t <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1721., Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference RoomOne,., Main Lobby, on October 16, 2003 at 7:40 p.m. on the application <br /> of Geo 'rey Weis to construct,a new dwelling, detached garage, deck, driveway, Title V, <br /> septic system and utility services at 65 Hooppole Road, Assessors lap 57, Block 45. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John I Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8.-00 and :00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hear*ng, including date,, time and place? will he published at <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise- r Cape Cod Times.
