Town Mashpee <br /> ■ <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mahe Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mahpe Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room Three, Main Lobby, on December 18, 2003 at 7;10 p.m. on the <br /> application of Edward Herbert to raze existing dwelling, construct and maintain new <br /> dwelling, utility services, Title v system, concrete retaining and containment walls and <br /> enhanced plantings at 14 7 Shore Drive,Assessors Map 117, Block 6 8. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the 1lahpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the ilahpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and :00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, tine and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance the 1 a.shpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hail not less than forty-eight 4 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
