o` r Town Mashpee <br /> 6 Great Neck Road North <br /> � .. <br /> Mashpee, 02649 <br /> MILL <br /> In accordance with the provisions of{the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 1 1,, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laves, a public hearing wiH be held at the Mashpee Town fall in <br /> Conference Room Three, Main Lobby, on January 8, 2004 at 7:10 p.m. on the application <br /> of Victor Corda to amend the order of Conditions for SE 43-1861 for mitigation <br /> landscaping plantings at 190 waterway, Assessor's Map 1 1 1 Bloch 95. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the M:a. hpee Conservation <br /> Corrum'ssion. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Comrmi sion between the hours of 8:00 and 4.00,, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE Notice of the public hearing, including date, tinne and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tunes.
