NxIL Town of Mashpee <br /> Wit <br /> 16 Great Neck Roach North <br /> th <br /> �►� Mashpee, Massachusetts 0. 649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Lavers, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Mall in <br /> Conference Room One, Main Lobby, on January 8, 2004 at 7:25 p.m. on the application <br /> of Janes & Anne LaGrippe for construction of a retaining wall, landscaping adjustments <br /> to pig area, grading adjustments, renovation to estg patio at 15 ocean Bluff <br /> Drive, Assessors Map 123, Block 200. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation C nlr-m*ssion between the hours of 8:00 and 4:0 , Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, tie and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
