" a <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> MNI- <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> -' Iac, e, Massachusetts 02 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Torn of 1ashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1 2,, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing wi1l be held at the Mashpee Town Fall in <br /> Conference Room Three, on January 22, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. on the application of Frederic <br /> Blythe to rearrange boulders to allow for pedestrian traffic only at 228 Wading Place <br /> Road, Assessors Map 112, Block 59. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mahpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours o 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hung, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Ma.shpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice wih <br /> also be posted in Town Mall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
