3 <br /> i <br /> *� Town of Mashpee <br /> 6 Great Neck Roach North <br /> �+ Mahpee,Massachusetts 06 <br /> s <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mas pee Conservation Bylaw,Chapter <br /> 172 Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laves, a public bearing will be held at the laspee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room One, Main Lobby, on February 5, 2004 at 7:45 p.m. on the application <br /> of the Town of Ma bpee Department of Public Works to amens the order of Conditions <br /> for SE 43-1611 to allow nourishment sand for post storm events at South Cape Beach off <br /> Great Oak Road, Assessor's Map 13 5, Bloch 23. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Con .ission. <br /> Join J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chan <br /> Copies in <br /> of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashp a Conservation <br /> Concession between the lours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public bearing, including date, time and place, vfl be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Noce will <br /> also be posted in'down Hall not less than forty-eight 4 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
