5* <br /> ti Town Mashpee <br /> fZ 'A <br /> ` 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> jklashee,,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1 72, Rules and regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing wil be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room one, on February 19, 2004 at 7:20 p.m. on the application of Richard <br /> Hark to license and maintain in perpetuity the existing wooden walkway and dock at 4 <br /> Sant Pond, Assessors Map 30, Block 4. <br /> In accordance th the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8.-00and 4:00,, Monday through Ffiday. <br /> NOTE Notice of the pubfic hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Ton Ball not less than forty-eight 4 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more infon-nation. about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
