F <br /> Mashpee,Massautt 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the 'Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws,, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room One, Main Lobby, on February 19, 2004 at 7:50 p.m. on the application <br /> of Mat Wolff to arnend the Order of Conditions for SE 43-2149 for a landscaping plan <br /> and proposed circular driveway at 5 Leel Way, Assessors Map 120, Bloch 141. <br /> In accordance with the Notice f Intent and plans on file nth the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Concession. <br /> John J.
