rt LL <br /> f <br /> t Town Mashpee <br /> F + <br /> 16 Great Neck load North <br /> T + <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172!, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 1311 Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Daws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hal in <br /> Conference Room one, on March 18, 2004 at :1 o p.m. on the application of Nicholas <br /> Ta anis to construct a single family home, garage, septic s stern, retaining walls patio, <br /> paths, landscapm* g& grade changes at 139 Tide Run, Assessors Map 120, Block 179. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Cham <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be exanmined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of :oo and :00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice Will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands protection ,pct.
