J Townof Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1721, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room One, on April 15, 2004 at 830 p.m. on the application of Robert <br /> Najarian to raze and rebuild an existing single family hone, install new septic system, <br /> landscaping, relocate existing water service and utilities at 8 Bowsprit Point, Assessors <br /> Map 105, Bloch 222. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Pit sinunons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may he examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: l otice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tinmes. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
