Town <br /> t <br /> 16 <br /> _ <br /> Great Neck Roach North <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public heafing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room one, on April 15, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. on the application of Jonathan <br /> Yohanan for a proposed single family home with deck, porch, garage, Title v septic <br /> system, driveway, utility services and landscaping at 304 Redbrook Road, Assessors Map <br /> 109,Block 8, <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours o :00 and 4:001, Monday through Friday, <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five dans in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tires. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 4 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department. of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
